The biennale aims to encourage citizens of Seoul to feel empowered to discuss the future of their city through exhibitions and forums, exploring human-centric design with designers, developers and neuroscientists.

Steptember is a month-long challenge that encourages people to take 10,000 steps a day to improve health and wellbeing. In the workplace, it’s a great way to build team spirit, promote fitness, and raise funds to support people with cerebral palsy.
National Threatened Species Day
A reminder of Australia’s unique wildlife and the urgent need to protect endangered species. Workplaces can mark the day with awareness activities or fundraising to support conservation efforts. Why not take part in the Threatened Species Bake Off by baking an edible creation that looks like a threatened animal or plant.
World Design Congress
9-10 September 2025
The 34th edition of the World Design Conference takes place at London's Barbican Centre in 2025, following the theme Design for Planet. Hosted by the Design Council, the biannual event features a series of talks led by designers, business owners, researchers and other industry professionals.

World Car-Free Day

National Safe Work Month
A reminder for workplaces to prioritise health, safety, and wellbeing across all roles. It’s a time to refresh policies, run safety initiatives, and empower staff to contribute to a safer environment. This year’s theme, safety: every job, every day, encourages all workplaces – regardless of occupation, industry, location, and size – to prioritise safety in their job every day.
World Architecture Day
Created by the UIA in 1985, World Architecture Day is celebrated each year on the first Monday of October, in parallel with the United Nations’ World Habitat Day. The theme of the 2025 World Habitat Day will be linked to urban crisis response. Within this context, the UIA Council has chosen the theme “Design for Strength” for this year’s World Architecture Day.
World Habitat Day
A day to reflect on the importance of sustainable communities and housing. Workplaces can use this moment to consider how their projects or practices contribute to better urban and environmental outcomes.
World Mental Health Day
The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health. The day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.
National Ride2Work Day
Australia’s biggest celebration of commuter riding – National Ride2Work Day – will be held on 15 October 2025. Encourages staff to cycle to work and experience the health and environmental benefits of active commuting. It’s a fun way to build workplace camaraderie while supporting sustainability.

Miami Art Week

National Tree Day
Established in 1996, Planet Ark's National Tree Day has grown into Australia's largest community tree planting and nature care event. The program is a call to action for all Australians to get their hands dirty and give back to their community.
